Tonys experience includes 14 years with CRA-Rio Tinto Group and 10 years with Oxiana-Oz Minerals Limited covering technical, commercial, and senior management roles in exploration, business development, project evaluation, mine development and operations. Tony is a Co-Founder of resources private equity Investment firm EMR Capital, and a co-founder of the Tigers Realm Minerals Group, a private incubator of several successful listed junior exploration and development companies. Current directorships include Chairman of Asiamet Resources (AIM) and Chairman of C3 Metals Inc. (TSX-V listed).

Dan Symons brings over 15 years of mining industry related experience in business development, corporate development and investor relations with a number of highly successful junior-mid tier growth companies. Mr. Symons joins C3 Metals from Argonaut Gold where he most recently held the position of Vice President- Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Prior to this he was a key member of the Romarco Minerals Inc. executive management team in the role of Vice President, Business Development and Investor Relations. Mr. Symons has been actively involved in multiple M&A transactions totalling over $800 million and equity and debt financings totalling over $650 million and $500 million, respectively. Mr. Symons commenced his career with Renmark Financial Communications, a leading North American IR firm.. Mr. Symons holds an Honours B.A. from Concordia University in Montreal.
Ms. Kimberly Ann is a mining executive who has founded multiple Junior Mining companies and served in a variety of senior executive positions including CEO, President, CFO and Board Member. In the past twelve years, Kimberly Ann has raised over $210M in project financing and collaborated on three Junior Mining M&A projects. While at Prodigy Gold, Kimberly Ann was responsible for all aspects of the company’s corporate communication program, facilitating equity financings, generating analyst coverage, participating in key aspects of corporate M&A leading to the $340M buyout of Prodigy by Argonaut Gold. Kimberly was CFO and VP Corporate Development at PPX Mining Corp, successfully bringing the high-grade Callanquitas gold-silver underground mine into production in Northern Peru. In 2017, Kimberly founded Latin America Resource Group (“LARG”), building Jasperoide from two small concessions into a 57 square kilometre strategic project in the heart of Peru’s most prolific copper-gold mineralized belt. In 2020, LARG merged with Carube Copper Corp. to create C3 Metals Inc., setting the stage for value creation throughout C3’s project portfolio. Kimberly is currently CEO, President, and Founder of Lahontan Gold Corp, a TSX.V listed company with an exceptional portfolio of gold and silver projects in Nevada’s prolific Walker Lane. Kimberly is also Executive Chair and founder at Copper Resource Group, a private company with copper assets throughout the Americas. Kimberly attended the University of Washington, majoring in Business and Marketing.
Mr. Hughes is an economic geologist with over 20 years’ technical and management experience covering exploration, development and mine geology. Specializing in porphyry copper-gold, skarn and epithermal systems he has led the discovery-delineation and development of more than 2 billion tonnes of copper-gold resources in the Asia-Pacific region since 1999. Steve’s experience includes 12 years with PT Freeport Indonesia at the giant Grasberg mine, both in the open pit and as manager of the underground mine geology and exploration groups.
Steve also spent 14 years as Exploration Manager – Indonesia for Oxiana Limited and VP – Exploration for Tigers Realm/Asiamet Resources where his roles focused on managing the acquisition, exploration and development of Company making Cu-Au opportunities. Recent successes include the acquisition and development of the Beutong porphyry Cu-Au deposit and the discovery and development of the BKM copper and BKZ polymetallic deposits in Indonesia, all of which are currently being advanced through resource delineation and/or feasibility studies. Stephen holds an Honours Degree in Geology from Saint Mary’s University in Nova Scotia.
Zimi Meka is one of the founding directors of Ausenco Limited and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director in 1999. Mr. Meka’s background includes senior roles in engineering and operations companies prior to the formation of Ausenco in 1991. He has over 25 years’ experience in the design, construction and operation of a wide range of processing plants and infrastructure in the minerals industry in Australia and internationally. He is the Queensland University of Technology’s 2008 Alumnus of the Year, was awarded the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy’s 2009 Institute Medal and is one of Australia’s top 100 most influential engineers as awarded by Engineers Australia. He is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Fernando Pickmann is a partner in Dentons’ Lima, Peru office and has negotiated multiple transfer, assignment and mining option contracts. He has led numerous listing and financing processes through the securities market in the risk capital sector segment of the Lima Stock Exchange for clients including, AQM Minerals, Rio Alto Mining, Zincore Metals, Rio Cristal Resources, Candente Gold, Tahoe Resources and Regulus Resources.
Fernando participated in the negotiation process of the Joint Venture Zafranal comprised of AQM and Teck, the acquisition of Siderperu by the company Gerdau, negotiation of the Civil Works Contract for La Arena Project, amalgamation of Southern Legacy Resources Inc. and Regulus Resources Inc., and consolidation of the Rio Alto and Tahoe Resources businesses, amongst others.
Yale Simpson is a professional geologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geological Engineering) from the University of British Columbia. Yale has more than 35 years experience as a senior geologist, exploration manager and CEO of companies involved in precious metals projects in Australia, Africa, Eastern Europe and South America. Recently he was a founder and Co-Chairman of Exeter Resource Corporation which was acquired in 2017 by Goldcorp (later Newmont). He was also a founder and Co-Chairman of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd., a spinout from Exeter bought by Yamana Gold Ltd. in 2012. His particular expertise is in strategic resource planning, financing and corporate communications. Yale is currently Chairman of Rugby Resources Limited and Adamera Minerals Corp.
